Can I return a game if I just do not like it?

Yes. Our 30-Day Play-It Guarantee covers eligible games that are working but simply are not for you. Start the return within 30 days of delivery.

What if the game or hardware has a quality problem?

It is covered. We test items before shipping, but if a disc, cartridge, console, controller, or accessory has a quality issue, contact support and we will help with a free 30-day return option.

Do I pay return shipping?

Eligible 30-day Play-It Guarantee returns include free return support.

What needs to be returned?

Please return the same item that was shipped, along with any included case, manual, cable, controller, cartridge, disc, or accessory listed on the product page.

Are DLC or bonus codes guaranteed?

DLC, bonus codes, download codes, and one-time digital inserts are only guaranteed when the product page explicitly says they are included and unused.

Are the games authentic?

Yes. PlayAgain is built around authentic physical pre-owned games and hardware. Suspicious reproduction items are not listed as authentic originals.

How fast do orders ship?

Eligible in-stock orders placed before cutoff may dispatch the same day. Most U.S. orders arrive in 2-3 business days after shipment, and some nearby ZIP codes may qualify for next-day delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free U.S. shipping $35+ applies to eligible orders before taxes, fees, and excluded services.
